Welcome to Options

Options was established in August 2008 and was set up to deliver personal development courses to groups that are deemed “hard to reach”. Based in Carmarthenshire, we work across South Wales. Our clients include Womens Aid, Genesis, Flying Start and Communities First amongst others.

We deliver courses that build confidence and raise the self esteem of those participating, leading to a better quality of life for participants and their familes.

Many of our participants move on to further or higher education, gain employment or volunteer.

Options run a number of personal development programs and our approach is flexible. We develop courses to suit the needs of our participants.
