Welcome to Options

Options was established in August 2008 and was set up to deliver confidence building programs to groups that are classed as difficult to reach.

Options, based in Carmarthenshire and operating across South Wales, work with Womens Aid, Genesis, Flying Start, Communities First and many other organisations. We deliver programs to our clients service users - the aim being that the programs improve quality of life, raise confidence and help individuals move on in life.

Options deliver a number of programs and have a flexible approach to delivery. We aim to meet our client’s needs and those of their service users.
