About Us

Options was formed in Aug 2008.

Co-founder Debbie Worth and her team of associate trainers deliver programs across South Wales through the medium of English and Welsh.

Debbie’s background is in recruitment, she successfully ran her own recruitment agency for a number of years. Since 2003 Debbie has contracted to the Welsh Assembly Government on the Business Start-Up programs. She has worked mainly with Under Represented Groups (URG’s) including women, lone parents, BME’s, young people, over 50’s and people with disabilities. She was also an Entrepreneurship Role Model for the Dynamo project working with Business Studies students in schools.

Debbie became involved with personal development whilst working with a group of students at Merthyr College. Sessions covered attitudes to abusive behaviour, aggression, bullying, self-esteem, body image and racism. Debbie then went on to develop programs for students in Coleg Sir Gar, Llanelli. This then led to work with Genesis, Women’s Aid, Flying Start and Communities First amongst others.

Debbie now delivers several programs, many of which have been specifically written for certain organisations.

In June 2010 Debbie was awarded the Adult Tutor Outstanding Achievement award for Carmarthenshire and was nominated by one of her clients – Liz Reeves-Davies of Genesis Carmarthenshire.

Debbie has a team of trainers working with her all of whom are experienced in the delivery of personal development programs.
