Options gets accredited!

We are delighted to be able to offer accredited Personal Development programs to organisations. The accreditation is via Agored Cymru in partnership with Coleg Sir Gar's Building Your Own Future project. Options and Merthyr College

This is the 5th year running that Options has been asked to deliver Personal Development sessions to the students at Merthyr College. We will be there throughout the month of March delivering workshops on, amongst others, Healthy Relationships, Bullying & Cyberbullying, Positive Body Image and Team Working.

Options & Genesis 2 Ceredigion

For the 3rd year running Options is in Ceredigion delivering our ReDiscover and ReStart programs to participants at Lampeter Family Centre. Options associate trainer Kat Collins is receiving amazing feedback from the women on the course!

 

 

Options & Communities 1st Bigyn 4

Options are mid way through delivering ReDiscover to residents of the Bigyn 4 ward in Llanelli and will soon be starting the ReStart program empowering women to make changes in their lives ready to move forward! Thankyou to Amanda and Jenna at C1st Bigyn 4 for all their support!
