Testimonials
The personal development programme facilitated by Options over a 12 week period was the first to be delivered at The Bridge Project.
Many of our clients had identified that they wanted to increase self confidence, self esteem and self worth in order to become more independent, develop skills and knowledge in order to address personal issues.
Feedback from the sessions was very positive. The women were engaging really well and benefiting from the activities, forming new friendships and opening up to new ways of thinking. The group were able to reflect on how they were realising sooner that they were falling into patterns they didn’t want in their lives and responded positively to techniques used.
Options have a great understanding of the issues faced by our clients and the facilitator has a very flexible approach and can adapt her training style and tailor sessions to achieve maximum results.

Options have worked with Glanymor and Tyisha Communities First to provide the Rediscover program for the Women's Only Group . They have worked in a very professional manner to tackle the learning issues of diverse community members attending the workshops. The instructors providing the workshop are very competent and show lots of patience while dealing with the students giving them lots of confidence. I would highly recommend them as well as wish them success in their future endeavours.

Options have provided our service users with the opportunity to build their confidence through an eight week confidence building course. The Feedback received from the service users has been positive and we have found Debbie to be professional and confidential, with an understanding of the issues facing the women who have experienced domestic abuse. Debbie has been supportive to helping the women throughout the course and remains dedicated to Llanelli Women's Aid.

Thanks for that wonderful presentation last Monday - numerous members of the team thought it was invaluable. The activity was very effective and all members had a lot of thinking to do and consequently had fun!
Maggie Pearce, also, mentioned the successful initiative. We all want to target areas of concern and you must be a vital link to this continuum.
I hope we'll be able to work together - soon!
Good Luck to both of you!

Options have provided our students with a unique opportunity and an excellent interactive and alternative learning experience. It was fantastic to observe sometimes hard to reach students engaging in the activities. We have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such an organisation & relish the opportunity to do so again soon.

I approached OPTIONS to provide a team building day for the organisation. I found the facilitators approachable and friendly with real life experiences that they were able to bring to the training. The training was delievered in an innovative, creative way and led to a day of fun filled learning that the whole team and therefore the organiastion benefitted from. I would certainly recommend them to other organisations.

Communities First (CF) is core funded by the Welsh Assembly (WAG) and when they offered CF Partnerships the opportunity to obtain extra funding in 2008/09 for Equality & Diversity training - the Gibbonsdown & Court Communities First Partnership Board jumped at the chance! However, after meeting up with several agencies to deliver the training, as Co-ordinator to the Partnership Board, I felt that the agencies were somehow missing "something" that CF was looking for.
I was then contacted by Debbie from Options Training explaining the various courses they had to offer and I arranged a meeting with them and our Development Worker. We hit it off immediately - both facilitators were very warm people and had a wealth of experience of working at grass root levels with residents in the community. Subsequently, our two day Equalities & Diversity event was a real hit with our local residents and they, along with the CF staff thoroughly enjoyed the training. I would definitely recommend Options Training as they offer a fantastic service.
